コーヒーをまるごと食べられる新素材「カフェレート」がSCAJ2024に出展

株式会社ゼロワンブースターが、コーヒーをまるごと食べられる独自素材「カフェレート」事業を、2024年10月9日（水）～12日（土）に東京ビッグサイトで開催される「SCAJ2024」に出展！

カフェレートは飲まずに「食べる」ことでコーヒーの味や香りをまるごと楽しめる新素材！SCAJではオリジナル商品が販売されます。

また、サンプルの試食、粉砕技術の紹介、パティシエコラボ実績の紹介が予定されています。新しいコーヒーの味に出会いに訪れてみては？
