【表参道】カフェ ケイブとWhy ＿？がコラボしたコーヒーガレット新発売！

アッシュ・ペー・フランスが運営するCAFE CAVE（カフェ ケイブ）から、ヴィーガンフードブランド「Why ＿？（ホワイ）」とコラボレーションしたコーヒーガレットが10月より発売されます。ガレットには、焙煎時にコーヒー豆から剥がれ落ちる薄皮のチャフや抽出後の残渣をアップサイクルした素材が使われています。ラテなどのメニューと共にエシカルなスイーツを楽しみに訪れてみては。
